Do You Have a physical storefront?
We do not have a physical storefront. You can place your order online. We offer 24/7 service and private courier delivery Monday through Friday.
What kind of flowers do you carry?
We ship directly from our contracted farms and trade partners in USA; Canada; Ecuador; Columbia and Netherlands to your Door. Our flowers are 100% Fresh Cut Flowers, you will receive your flowers 2 - 3 days after they are cut from the farm.
What kind of bouquets do you carry?
We offer designer selected variety of bouquets, you can have a look at the bouquets we offer here.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes; we never send or store personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
Cancelations, Returns & Replacements
Order cancellations will be accepted until 8PM EST prior to the shipping date for the order. If the cancelation request is submitted after the above minimum cancelation times Flowers Vibe Inc. will charge a 15% cancellation fee. Flowers Vibe Inc. does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day or Mother's Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times). NO exceptions to Flowers Vibe Inc. cancellation policy. Any cancellation request must be notified via email. No cancellations are accepted over the phone. In the event you cancel an order outside of the specified terms, keep in mind that the refund will be for the original order amount minus the 15% cancellation fee.
Most returns and replacements requests can be made up to two days before requested delivery date. Items with advance purchase requirements cannot be changed or replaced. Non-perishable product may be delivered before requested delivery date and cannot be changed or cancelled once in transit. Address and contact information can be changed until shipment. There is no additional charge for order changes or cancellations.
If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of any items received, contact FlowersVibe.com Customer Support within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic images of all unsatisfactory products via email. At its discretion, Flowers Vibe Inc. will provide flower care instruction, issue a refund or ship replacement product. Flowers Vibe Inc. may require a return of the product before any refund is issued.
All requests for refunds or re-shipments must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and must include photos of all product(s) for which the request is being made.

How to place an order?
To place an order, you need to visit our Flowers Vibe Online Shop and create an account, choose the product you like and place your order.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. If the order requires specific shipping terms you will receive an email with information about your shipping terms, tracking numbers, delivery date and time.
Can I add something to my order?
If you place an order, and finilize the payment, you will be required to place a new order for the items you need to add. You can modify your order (add, remove, exchange quantities) only before you submit a payment.
Can I change the Gift Card message after I placed my order?
You most definitely can! As long you contact us before 8PM EST the day you place your order and we’ll make sure to add it to your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
